1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–3 business days in France. For other EU countries, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping and returns on all orders over €30. Orders below €30 may include a small shipping fee, shown at checkout.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. How can I return a product?
Simply email us at contact@ferivelle.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide the return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
6. Do prices include taxes (VAT)?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax). There are no hidden fees or additional import duties for customers in the European Union.
7. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at contact@ferivelle.com. We can update the address before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product or packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
10. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to France and most countries within the European Union. Please contact us if you’d like to confirm shipping availability for your country.

12. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please email us with your order details to arrange the exchange.
13. How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t receive it, contact us for assistance.
